All whilst being an inspirational leader who enjoys working with people to achieve top results.With a passion for total beauty, you will coach the delivery of a seamless customer journey experience at counter, appropriately focusing on both new and existing products, key ranges and selling strategies.What you'll do:

• Gain Market Share - Achieve sales growth targets, KPI's and analyse performance.
• Leadership and Coaching - Develop and motivate NSW Team in line with the Clarins culture and philosophy.
• State/National Collaboration - Partner with key stakeholders to ensure best practice.
• Business Planning and Analysis - Develop and monitor state budgets and financials, meet sales objectives, ensure adequate retail coverage throughout the business.
• Partnerships - Develop and nurture professional relationships with key retail partners.
