About the role:
We are hiring a hands-on, customer-facing Regional Manager to lead and drive our Tasmania site based in Hobart. For this role, you will be a motivated individual to work towards the overall success of the small site from a business and operational perspective, including management, annual budget and business plan. Maintaining our reputation for absolute integrity and the provision of the highest quality levels of customer service
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Support the implementation of sales to ensure targets are met
- Lead, mentor and motivate the staff to deliver site goals and objectives
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards
Skills & Experiences
- Experience in a senior leadership role or equivalent experience
- Exposure working in the automotive industry
- Exemplary communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen to achieve targets and driving results
- Ability to study, analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Diploma level qualification in a management related field or equivalent is desirable
