Regional Manager

About the role
SHAPE has been in the Geelong market for many years, and we are thrilled to be expanding our footprint and with local team on the ground.  We are seeking a Regional Manager to join us on this journey, forming and leading a team.

As a Regional Manager, you will work alongside our Victorian leadership team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The point of difference for this role is that you are a people leader with local connection in Geelong, who can lead multiple projects and drive the future growth via networking and marketing activities.

About you

• A natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them
• experience of fit out, refurbishment and new build projects
• strong understanding of project management within the construction industry
• building-related degree or diploma, or a trade background
• strong financial acumen and communication skills
• ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
• excellent knowledge of EHSQ principles
• knowledge and connection to the local market in Geelong
