North West Victoria Regional Training Hub (NWVRTH), you'll be at the forefront of supporting the development of postgraduate pathways, enhancing
Regional Training and fostering career opportunities for junior doctors. Collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including medical students, junior doctors, hospitals, government bodies, universities and specialist colleges, to ensure the effective implementation of program objectives and high-quality administrative management under the guidance of the NWVRTH Director.Responsibilities for this position will encompass working hand-in-hand with health services to obtain accreditation and funding for new medical training posts, as well as developing strategies to empower local medical professionals as clinical supervisors. You will also manage various events and activities aimed at promoting training pathways to medical students and junior doctors and ensure an evaluation framework is in place to assess the effectiveness of initiatives undertaken by the
