Your OpportunityThe Regional Manager will manage and maintain MAH’s property portfolio to ensure compliance with asset management obligations as a landlord, while meeting contractual obligations and managing resources efficiently. Your key responsibilities will be to:Develop and implement yearly asset maintenance plans for the property portfolio
Ensure Assets comply with all statutory, regulatory and WHS requirementsImplement an integrated service delivery approach to Asset ManagementDevelop a range of strategies for the maintenance and improvement of existing properties and long-term asset planningEffectively implement a range of asset management policies, procedures and systems to ensure efficiency in maintenance delivery and improved customer servicesProactively manage all contracts ensuring high performance and value for money is achievedRequirements for SuccessRelevant qualification either in Project Management, asset management and/or property managementExtensive experience in community or public housing sectorPrior experience in leadership and operational managementAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneouslyStrong administration skills and the ability to utilise Microsoft Office and a CRM package.Exceptional relationship management skillsHigh-level customer service focusBefore starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications…
