Your Opportunity
The Regional Manager will manage and maintain MAH’s property portfolio to ensure compliance with asset management obligations as a landlord, while meeting contractual obligations and managing resources efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement yearly asset maintenance plans for the property portfolio
- Ensure Assets comply with all statutory, regulatory and WHS requirements
- Implement an integrated service delivery approach to Asset Management
- Develop a range of strategies for the maintenance and improvement of existing properties and long-term asset planning
- Effectively implement a range of asset management policies, procedures and systems to ensure efficiency in maintenance delivery and improved customer services
- Proactively manage all contracts ensuring high performance and value for money is achieved
- Relevant qualification either in Project Management, asset management and/or property management
- Extensive experience in community or public housing sector
- Prior experience in leadership and operational management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
- Strong administration skills and the ability to utilise Microsoft Office and a CRM package.
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- High-level customer service focus
