My client is one of Australia’s most innovative fashion retail groups with multiple brands; favourites, extremely well known and admired within Australian fashion retail. A brand within the group that delivers clothing and accessories that are affordable to the everyday shop-a-holic, yet not compromising on quality and trend, is looking for a Regional Manager to join their New South Wales Senior Management team.

As one of the Regional Managers, you will be expected to have energy and enthusiasm, be able to think on your feet and have a huge love for people management and sales. You will be expected to work to KPI’s and possess good all round management competencies which will help to maintain high retail standards throughout your designated area. You will also be expected to provide inspiration and motivation for your team, working to exceed sales targets and maintain all controllable costs.

You should be of the highest calibre; a well-established MULTI-SITE manager with the advantage of FASHION related experience. You will have had ‘hands on’ experience of managing high volume, high performing stores and maintaining best practice.

A MULTI-SITE retail FASHION management background is ESSENTIAL for this role as candidates will be expected to hit the ground running from day one!
