AddressIn the capacity of Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to your assigned stores to help deliver outstanding customer service, exceed sales and profitability objectives, meet all operating standards, and follow company policies and procedures. Reporting into the Head of retail and environment, this newly created role based out of Western Australia.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist owners and managers in understanding and achieving store financial targets, attachment rate objectives, staff productivity, local area marketing ROI, expenses, and inventory stock targets.
- Analysing daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports; identify issues and/or opportunities and develop localised business improvement plans for execution.
- Execute a hybrid call-cycle that combines in store visits with virtual meetings to ensure we are supporting our member’s needs.
- Ensure the highest possible standards and compliance in all areas of store operations, merchandising, branding guidelines, workplace health and safety, and the franchise code of conduct.
- Ensure business strategy and objectives are communicated effectively to your members.
- Work collaboratively with merchandising and marketing to develop and execute local area marketing opportunities that deliver additional profitability for members.
- Assist with the expansion and identification of new Franchisees, working with and on-boarding of them into the system.
- Provide support to members via hands-on assistance with store refits and relays.
Skills required
- Help facilitate the potential sale of businesses between members and/or to external parties.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market intelligence, and performance updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the franchisee’s sales teams, promoting professional development and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Be available for interstate travel as required.
