We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced individual to support our Regional manager in the day to day operations of 22 medical centres.
Location - Based in Canberra supporting sites in ACT, Southern NSW and VIC.
About the role:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Regional Manager to help achieve regional KPI's.
- Facilitate engagement at a high level with stakeholders both internal and external including doctors
- Provide guidance and support for the teams in the region's medical centres, to comply with national policy.
- Assist in preparation of reports for financial and operational goals.
- Competitive Salary including bonus structure, fuel allowance and company phone and laptop.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience as a Practice Manager in a GP setting preferred.
- High Level experience in using Microsoft office suite.
- Experience in financial management, accounting systems and reporting processes.
- High level of diary management, travel planning and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including confidence to engage with high level internal stakeholders.
