A local roaster and part of a well known national brand, based in Canberra, ACT. Everything we do is in the passionate pursuit of exceptional coffee. Our aim is to develop coffee expertise, share our knowledge with our customers, connect people through a passion for coffee and help our customers to grow their businesses.
Objective
A sales and sales management role that will see you develop and assist a small passionate sales team to smash Regional Sales targets whilst also managing a smaller personal territory where you can demonstrate how to deliver hands-on. In your personal territory you will identify new business opportunities that generate new customers (cafes only) and grow sales of our Specialty Coffee Products, as well as managing your existing customer base.

Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, motivate and develop a small but passionate sales team to deliver or exceed their sales targets goals.
- Create a culture of high performance and team spirit to work together to achieve as a team.
- Open new accounts by developing new relationships and acquiring new customers in line with business strategy.
- Build strong relationships with cafe owners, managers and baristas.
- Grow territory by maintaining customers and increasing the profitability of new and existing accounts.
Core attributes, capabilities and experience
- Leadership - ability to engage and motivate a team to consistently deliver on targets
- Knowledge of coffee, coffee equipment and industry – specialty coffee, hospitality
- Sales experience in sourcing new business and managing pipelines plus great relationship management skills with existing customers
- Positive Outlook and Attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Exceptional coordination and administration
- Current Drivers License and travel required
