About Us
The Rural City of Murray Bridge is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, outcomes-driven person to undertake the role of Regional Study Hub Manager in a full time contract role.
The Murray River and Fleurieu Study hubs (Study Hub) provide opportunities for regional students to pursue post-secondary school education including tertiary and VET alternatives without having to travel or relocate.
Study Hubs seek to increase locally supported delivery of higher education in the region through providing greater accessibility, and a supportive environment for students in the communities, and in turn, helping to meet the growing workforce needs of local industry.
Position Overview
Based in Murray Bridge, SA, the Regional Study Hub Manageris responsible overseeing program delivery and helping to build a strong and positive reputation in the community by leading a team to achieve outcomes.
The position is offered as a full time 2-year contract at a Level 8 in accordance with the SAMSOA and Council’s current Enterprise Agreement within an annual salary range of $122,514 to $130,762 dependent upon skills, knowledge and experience.
To be successful in this diverse role, ideally you will have:
- Higher education qualification in education, training, business management or equivalent work experience
- Effective project, operational and time management skills and a proven ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution, consultation and information sharing
- The ability to lead positively and effectively within a small team environment
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in overseeing campaigns
- Proven experience in building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
- A current drivers licence
