Work with Key Accounts & Distribution Partners serving the Mining, Water Authorities, Building (HVAC / FIRE), Agricultural & Irrigation markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Key Accounts throughout S.A & N.T.
- Upsell, Cross Sell, Be Hungry & Take the Lead!
- Call on New Clients and open up Opportunities for New Enquiries.
- Develop a Call plan and Strategy to Manage your Territory.
- Maintain high activity Levels and Standards.
- Seek out new opportunities to quote, and sell solutions backed by your National Engineering Team.
- Exceed Sales Targets & work autonomously to grow the business resulting in financial rewards.
- Respond to opportunities to quote & create new opportunities to win project sales & product sales business.
- Work within the team to look for opportunities for Business Growth and Improvement.
- Sell a Brand based on Integrity, Respect & Excellence.
- Hit targets, engage your national teams, overdeliver for clients - maintain the excellent relationship of the Brand and Business in your region.
Experience:
- Solutions sales experience with Valves, Controls, Automation or Flow Control technologies.
- Ability to talk to and work with a Variety of customers. From the local grower, to the operator on a mine site through to mining to EPCS, Site Managers and Procurement specialists across all industries.
- A passion for winning and managing successful projects.
- A drive improve lives through providing technical solutions.
- Trade or Engineering Backgrounds are advantageous.
- Knowledge of flow rates, calculations, media, temperature and basic flow dynamics is essential.
- The Hunger, drive & attitude to open new accounts and create new opportunities.
- The ability to work unsupervised, absolutely no micromanagment.
- The energy and enthusiasm to connect with all national stakeholders while working autonomously from Northern Territory or South Australia.
The Rewards: $100k-120k + Car Allowance + Fuel + Super + Bonuses
