The Role:
As a Registered Architect and a Design Practitioner, you will Provide expertise in Class 2 Buildings, ensuring compliance with the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act.
You will be exposed to all aspects of running a project including the design, overseeing documentation, and delivery whilst mentoring and running a team and residential projects.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Architect with Design Practitioner status in Class 2 Buildings in NSW: Hold a valid architectural license with a proven track record of success.
- Class 2 Buildings Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Class 2 Buildings, having successfully led design projects within this classification.
- Design Brilliance: Showcase a diverse portfolio that reflects your ability to seamlessly blend form and function
- Collaborative Spirit: Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across disciplines is paramount.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay abreast of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards, ensuring that your designs meet all necessary requirements.
