AddressAn established Australian studio are seeking a newly qualified Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture to join their growing Sydney Team. With an existing office in Melbourne, the company have expanded to Sydney and are working on exciting projects across Mixed-Use, Education, Health and Residential Sectors. This is a great opportunity to take the next step following registration and will provide the chance to work towards leadership roles on projects. To be considered you will have an excellent working knowledge in Revit and feel confident liaising with clients and consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Front-end planning from DA phase
- Prepare construction certificates
- Produce technical and construction documentation
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants and builders
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Design portfolio demonstrating documentation and detailing ability
- Experience in the Australian Market and good understanding of local building codes
- Proficient and confident Revit user
- Experience in leisure, education and civic projects advantageous
- Strong documentation skills
