As the Live In Care Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the established client base as well as managing the acquisition of new clients and management of carers, taking the lead across quality and compliance to ensure that Live-In care is delivered in a safe and effective manner. We are looking for an experienced homeCare Manager who is naturally motivated, commercially minded and has the credibility and gravitas to work closely with families and clients to promote the highest standards of care and service. Key Skills: Take accountability for the day to day management of all Live-In care packages, operating as a compassionate and professional leader Engage with new customers and their families to ensure that the care package on offer meets their every need Assess new care packages Previous experience working as a CQC Registered Manager or have the Level 5 qualification in Adult Health & Social Care Line manage all Live-in related staff, arranging training and on-boarding sessions for new Carers, monitor performance and continually demonstrate leadership to support them in their roles Previous Team Leader/Manager experience across domiciliary or Live-In Care is essential Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and other relevant legislation within the homecare sector A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in order to drive the company forward Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. A warm and approachable personality who works well within a close-knit Team environment.
