About the organisationOur client is a proudly Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation who provide a range of primary and clinical health care services to the Aboriginal people within the region. Some of the programs they offer include Acute Care, Women and Children, Chronic Disease, Syphilis Enhanced Response and many more.

About the role

As a Midwife for the organisation you will provide direct and comprehensive Midwifery care and individual case management to clients within the context of Primary Health Care in a professional, confidential and culturally safe manner. 

The role is responsible for the delivery of client services (antenatal and  postnatal care, and infant primary health care) in accordance with the organisation's policy and procedures, care is directed and in line with the CARPA standard treatment manual and applicable legislation and regulations.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Midwifery
• Full registration with AHPRA – Midwife
• Current National Police Clearance 
• Current drivers license 
• Current and up to date relevant compliances
