We are looking for experienced Registered Midwives in WA. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to provide quality healthcare services to the patients within facilities while following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting regular check-ups and assessments during pregnancy.
Monitoring the health and progress of both mother and baby.
Offering guidance on nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.
Providing emotional support and reassurance during labor.
Monitoring the progress of labor and assisting with pain management.
Collaborating with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals for a safe delivery.
Offering postpartum care and support to new mothers.
Assisting with breastfeeding and newborn care
.Monitoring the physical and emotional recovery of the mother.
To be successful in the role you will have:
MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A REGISTERED MIDWIFE.
AHPRA Registration is a must.
Valid working rights in Australia with experience in any of the following - Antenatal/Birthsuite/Post Natal/SCN NICU.
Knowledgeable in different medical equipments as a Midwife.
Neo-Natal Resuscitation, Fetal Monitoring (CTG) and Obstretic Emergency Training Certificates.
Valid flu vaccination and Covid vaccination history.
