About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nursesto provide high level clinical care to meet resident’s individual care needs that will enhance their quality of life. This includes:
- Ensure that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives
- Provide leadership and supervision of PCA's
- Flexible and passionate about aged care
This is a permanent part-time position with hours being open to negotiation.
To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Aged care experience preferred
- Assessment and care planning skills
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience in residential care computer systems
- Highly organised, flexible and committed to exceptional resident care.
- Ability to create sustainable and positive relationships with colleagues, residents, families and visiting allied health specialists
- A current/valid police check
