About the Role
You will work across our 3 wards (84 beds), which is dedicated to adult acute mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, drug and alcohol issues and elderly assessment.
You will work alongside a highly professional and compassionate team made up of Registered and Enrolled nurses, allied health and private visiting psychiatrists.

About You
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and varied work environment, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
In addition to your effective interpersonal skills, you should possess the following;
Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum one (1) year experience in an acute healthcare setting
Previous experience within a mental health unit desired
The ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care needs of each patient
Excellent time management skills

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
