Registered Nurse

About the role:

We are seeking Registered Nurses for our Griffith Village. The Registered Nurse is a contemporary clinician with a passion for care excellence.

You will be responsible for providing high quality person-centred care to residents, including clinical assessments and specialised nursing care. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the care and wellbeing teams, and will have in-charge responsibilities.

Required:

• Registered Nurse (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate
• A passion for person-centred care delivery, end of life and dementia care excellence
• Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment
• A good understanding of ACFI and the aged care accreditation standards
• Experience in leading people or supporting care teams
• Collaborative style and excellent communication skills
• Experience/Interest in working in Aged Care 
• Strong knowledge of safe work practices
• Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services

Desirable:

• Post-graduate qualifications in a speciality relevant to aged care
• Ability to speak Italian or other languages
