We are looking for a permanent Day, Afternoon and Night shift Registered Nurses to be a part of a caring and supportive team. Our team have Kind Hearts and a positive ageing focus to enable our resident to live their best life.
Duties and shifts below:
- Provide ongoing, responsible and holistic clinical care to Residents
- Assess individual resident needs, plan, implement and coordinate service delivery
- Provide direct positive ageing care to Residents
- Lead, guide and manage Personal Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses
- Have a commitment to continuous improvement, WHS and risk management
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Residential Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Requirements for the role.
- Bachelor/ Diploma of Nursing Qualification (Essential)
- A current AHPRA registration (Essential)
- A National Police Clearance
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and will have experience in the Aged Care industry.
