AddressWe are currently searching for part time or full time Registered Nurses to join our team working in the community and providing care to our clients in their home, in and around the inner eastern suburbs.
Work close to home across the suburbs of Balaclava, Elwood, Ripponlea, St Kilda, St Kilda East, Prahran, South Yarra, Windsor, Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne and St Kilda West.
Bolton Clarke Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical care and support services for Home Care clients, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
- Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians
- Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes

- $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance
- Reimbursement of $0.85 per/km you travel when using your own vehicle

- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Previous experience as a RN with experience in medication management, clinical assessment and relevant documentation
- Demonstrated skills in complex wound management, chronic disease management, continence and/or palliative care (highly desirable)
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations
