Job Description: As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and holistic care to our elderly residents. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assessing and monitoring residents' health conditions
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families
