About the Role
A rare and existing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join BSR Group focusing on the management and execution of end-to-end eCommerce operations for our groups six websites. We are seeking a results driven high performer who will be provided with the resources to drive financial outcomes of these websites.
This is a diverse role which will collaborate with the Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Web Development, IT and Marketing functions.
Skills required
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and/or qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years Ecommerce Experience
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce operations
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
- whilst maintaining composure
- Exemplary understanding and knowledge of ecommerce,
- marketing, and retail
- Understanding of web design and UX standards
Your key duties and responsibilities
- Lead onsite development, focusing on UX and CRO.
- Measure and monitor channel performance, presenting results and recommendations.
- Oversee product merchandising, and navigation to enhance customer journeys.
- Direct collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising for campaign launches.
- Engage stakeholders to enhance product offerings and platform communication.
- Manage onsite search capabilities and report on search performance.
- Design and implement promotional strategies aligned with promotional calendars.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing for new site features to ensure functionality.
- Lead day-to-day operations of ecommerce channels, ensuring alignment with marketing plans
- Utilise web analytics tools to evaluate site initiatives and analyse customer behavior.
- Conduct competitive market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster relationships with internal and external partners for site improvements.
