Summary of Position:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and providing exceptional care for our Wycheproof residents. You'll have the chance to utilise your expertise to positively impact the well-being of our community whilst enjoying career opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients and forming personalised care plans
- Delivering personalised care to residents
- Precise preparation and administration of medication and treatments
- Careful monitoring of patient well being and addressing any needs
- Working seamlessly within a multifaceted team to deliver high standards of care
- Accurate maintenance of documentation of patient’s records
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Accepting candidates of any grade
- Strong communication and personability
- Excellent clinical knowledge and abilities
- Empathetic and compassionate approaches to all residents and families
- The ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Prior Aged Care experience is attractive, but not essential
