Form of workWe are currently looking for Full Time or Part Time Registered Nurses to join our esteemed client located in the Gympie / Tin Can Bay area, with sponsorship opportunities available for eligible candidates. Sponsored employees will be required to work on a Full Time basis to meet visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, coordinate, and monitor individual needs, providing appropriate care to meet the unique requirements of residents.
- Deliver timely nursing interventions to achieve the optimal health status for all residents.
- Make referrals for specific needs to senior staff or seek assistance with complex assessments.
- Contribute to the development of individual care plans in consultation with residents, relatives, and other support staff.
- Uphold the rights of each resident to make informed choices about their healthcare and residency.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legislative requirements and facility policies.
- Ensure all practices and equipment usage align with safety requirements.
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics for Nurses and comply with regulations set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current AHPRA Nursing registration
- Ability to lead a team during shifts
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current NDIS Clearance Certificate
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia
- Genuine desire to provide care to frail and aged individuals
- Knowledge and understanding of ACFI will be highly regarded
- Effective communication in written and oral English
