Working in a Multipurpose Service gives you the opportunity to use or obtain leadership skills, work independently, improve your clinical decision-making and gain a variety of skills that are transferable across all areas of nursing. The Multi-Purpose Service model (MPS) in smaller communities is aimed at integrating a range of health services under one management structure, including acute care, respite and palliative care, emergency, allied health, primary health and community health services. Urbenville is located in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW, known for its unspoilt bushland surroundings, sub-tropical National Parks and the majestic Clarence River. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours, or Brisbane in under 3 hours.
