AND YOU ARE…?

While aged care experience is ideal to get ahead of the pack, you must have:

• AHPRA RN Qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Reporting to the highly supportive Director of Nursing, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring the carers to provide high-quality care
• Actively engaging with residents, their families, and staff
• Upholding documentation and systems
