Applications Close: 1 April 2024This is a Temporary Part Time 12 hours per week Maternity Relief position until 20 April 2025 with the possibility of extension at same/reduced hoursAn exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to join the Urgent Care Centre at Bulli HospitalWhat you'll be doingThe Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of person centred; evidence- based nursing care that promotes positive health outcomes. The Registered nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. One of the primary objectives of this role is to provide triage, assessment, information and acute care to patients in the Urgent Care Centre in a senior nursing capacity as well as in the Aged Care wards. The senior Registered Nurse is responsible for in charge of hospital after hours.
The Registered Nurse will work in therapeutic and professional relationships with individuals, as well as families, groups and communities.
