Registered Nurse | Part-Time | Caboolture

Our Caboolture home is situated in a quiet residential precinct close to Central Lakes Shopping Village, Regis Caboolture has excellent public transport links and is close to childcare centres and local schools.
Working with the core care team, you will work to provide outstanding clinical care to our residents, promoting individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver, manage, and coordinate person-centred resident care
Develop comprehensive care plans for elderly patients includes conducting thorough assessments of their needs, and implementing appropriate care strategies
Create individualised care plans that promote overall health, independence, and quality of life for our elderly
Proficiency to manage & safely administer medications following established protocols, including accurate dosage calculation, knowledge of different medication routes, and understanding of potential side effects or interactions
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, including patient records, detailed and up-to-date medical records, documenting admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes as per Queensland Health standards and Regis policies.
About you
As a collaborative member of the team, you will possess:
Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognised equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system.
Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care
Experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care, or rehabilitation is highly desirable.

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
