Providing outreach to Grenfell and Canowindra as required. Improving the quality of life for people with severe and complex Mental Health needs requiring intensive intervention in a community setting. This position is operationally responsible to the Team Leader of the Community MHDA Team in Cowra and operates under the strategic guidance of the MHDA Bathurst & Region Hub Manager
