We are inviting applications from experienced Registered Nurses to join our Connolly Ward (Rehabilitation) team. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and be committed to providing high quality nursing services. You will require advanced interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be able to demonstrate effective infection control practices and a commitment to quality improvement.
About you
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Comprehensive assessment, care planning, care delivery and evaluation skills
- Sound level of communication skills
- Current Registration with AHPRA
