This is a genuine opportunity to experience working within Aboriginal communities and providing front line care. This would suit an experienced Nurse that is willing to take on all responsibilities relating to the smooth running of these Aged Care facilities.
We are eagerly searching for experienced Registered Nurse for a contract in a remote indigenous community in far North Queensland.
You will be working at a 10-15 bed Aged Care hostel in Mornington Island. You will be working alongside 2 other Registered Nurses and an endorsed enrolled nurse, and carers.
What's on offer:
- 6 week minimum contracts with view to extend
- $75.00 weekly bonus
- Full-Time hours - you must be flexible to work any shift (AM, PM or Night)

- Relevant Aged Care Qualifications: Nursing degree and Valid AHPRA registration
- Previous experience in Aged Care (Minimum 12 months)

- An ability to demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing the highest standard of care to residents
- Excellent communication skills
