Our Community Team located at Paradise has an vacancy for a full-time permanent RN Coordinator.Your Manager will take the time to get to know you and understand how you like to be supported as you take on this challenging role, which incorporates an on-call roster. With their guidance and support, you'll feel confident in undertaking assessments and applying your Comprehensive clinical knowledge of aged care programs and services.You will enjoy the mutual support and friendship of your team members and the dedicated Registered Nurses team you provide leadership to.Resthaven is one of South Australia's largest not-for-profit providers, so you'll personally benefit from our stable, regular work environment.Essential Criteria:
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly to age related issues, and experience working with contemporary practices in an Aged Care environment
- An inclusive, collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Proficient with computer systems
- Have current AHPRA registration
- Current Drivers Licence
