Internal ACH Group staff expressions of interest onlySupported by and reporting to the Workforce Team Leader Supervisor, you will be passionate about supporting Care Workers to be their best therefore enabling our customers to live a Good Life. You will oversee responsibility for the operational management and supervision of the Care Worker staff on a part time basis (0.6 FTE, with flexibility to work to 0.8 FTE) at Colton Court in McLaren Vale.What you'll do:
- Mentor, nurture, coach and inspire Care Workers
- Team training, constructive feedback and development initiatives
- Support the recruitment, induction and onboarding process
- Drive a customer centric approach
- Positively contribute to the financial performance and strategic direction
- Drive continuous improvement using workforce/customer feedback and forums
- Ensure services are provided in line with the aged care standards
- Contribute to accreditation processes
- Demonstrated commitment to ACH Group's good lives philosophy
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers and direct reports
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience building a team to deliver high quality customer service
- Workforce planning and management experience
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Computer literacy and skills to use a range of databases and capacity to learn software systems quickly
- Studying towards Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or a similar business discipline and / or demonstrated experience in a similar role within a large organisation
