AddressWe are seeking to fill multiple nursing positions in the Critical Care services division in various hospitals in Victoria. There are both full time and part time permanent roles available to suitable candidates with Critical Care nursing experience.
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality of patient care, ensuring patient and staff safety, and collaborating within the multidisciplinary health care team. The positions are well-suited for Registered Nurses who specialise in either:
- ICU
- CCU
- HDU
- ED
To succeed in this role, we require you to have strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting, with proven Critical Care experience. You will hold a passion for patient care and strong clinical skillset. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in Critical Care
- Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Awareness of clinical safety and quality improvements
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Post graduate certificate in Critical Care or working towards (desirable)
