Young male client and his family are looking to improve and maintain our client's quality of life in a Home Care environment with 24/7 ICU nurses at home. Regular Monday shift form 10am to 4pm on Sydney's North Shore.

We empower and equip our clients with new awareness, opportunities, love and joy in the midst of massive challenges and we give them the precious gift of a peaceful and gentle transition to a holistic Client and family friendly Home Care environment, far away from the craziness of a hospital ICU/PICU environment.

• 24 hours CRITICAL CARE nurses in the home
• 24 hour monitoring
• home invasive tracheostomy ventilation 
• home NIV ventilation 
• tracheostomy care
• central line, PICC line, Hickman’s line and PORT management
• Home TPN
• IV fluids and antibiotics at home
• enteral feeding
• psychosocial care

Who you are

If you have a minimum of two years CRITICAL CARE nursing experience and a critical care qualification(desirable) and you want to join a dynamic and progressive team of forward thinking CRITICAL CARE nurses and you think you have what it takes to provide our clients with the quality of life/quality of end of life at home instead of intensive care you have come to the right place.

Supported by a clinical liaison nurse/ educator, team leaders and a team of senior CRITICAL CARE nurses with hundreds of years CRITICAL CARE nurse experience combined, we are delighted to hear from you if you have 

·       A minimum of two years CRITICAL CARE nursing experience

·       Post-graduate critical care certificate or equivalent(desirable)

·       A “can-do” attitude

·       High level of self-awareness

·       Can work independently and as part of a team

·       Excellent clinical judgement

·       Excellent communication skills

·      Current AHPRA registration Division 1
