Our Home and Community service based at Eight Mile Plains is looking for a Full-time Registered Nurse, to work in the Community across Brisbane's Southern suburbs providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments and plan care. Are you a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for making a difference? We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities: Ability to work autonomously as you will be out in the Community and travelling from client to client. Expertise in wound care, medication management, and post-acute care. Proven experience in community healthcare with a dedication to continuous improvement. Exceptional time management skills and a commitment to thorough, up-to-date documentation. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and general computer knowledge. A heart full of compassion, boundless enthusiasm, and an approachable attitude. A strong commitment to client-centred care that respects and safeguards their rights, privacy, and well-being. Current AHPRA registration (Nursing). Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination. Current National Police Check. Current Drivers License. Why Join Anglicare?
