We're looking for experienced Qualified Registered Nurses to join our committed Emergency Department team located in Horsham, providing nursing care tailored to each patient's assessment and healthcare requirements. This is a permanent full or part-time role, involving a rotating 24/7 roster. The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in a related discipline, possess a current ALS certificate or be willing to obtain one, and have experience or a readiness to work in triage.

Skills and experience
Essential:
- Current Division 1 registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Clinical Skills and experience relevant to emergency nursing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the use of information technology
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, motivated and manage time effective
- Post Graduate/Certificate qualifications in a related discipline
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support or willingness to obtain the qualification
Desirable
- Experience with / ability to work in Triage

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $34.17 - $48.26 per hour.
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask. Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
