Registered Nurse - Full Time / Part Time / Casual

The role of the Registered Nurse is to oversee the clinical needs and assessments of residents, promote and improve the quality of resident care, dialogue with residents’ families and representative, directing and managing staff to ensure provision of individualised resident care within the Avondale Care division.

The successful candidate will have the following -

1. Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration
2. Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living.
3. Basic Computer skills and ability to use resident computer program
4. Demonstrated skills and experience in:
   1. Leading and supervising
   2. Writing and reporting
   3. Working with people
   4. Planning and organising
   5. Deciding and initiating action
5. Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture.
6. Current driver’s license.
7. Current NDIS clearance.
