About the role
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. Provide key information about the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services, aligned with a resident-cantered model of care
- Manage and provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care planning and assessment
- Ensure safe and effective medication management in accordance with legislative requirements and policies
- Collaborate with staff, healthcare professionals, residents, families, and Clinical Leadership teams to make clinical decisions based on best practices and positive resident outcomes
- Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing Aged Care
- Commitment to contemporary Aged Care practice
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage day to day activities in an efficient manner
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
