What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health Haemodialysis Service is located at two sites, Frankston and Rosebud Campuses. Both sites have nine chairs and provide haemodialysis care for over 80 permanent patients, offering a range of shifts Morning, Afternoon and Twilight. It also manages an acute inpatient service providing 2 inpatient treatments a day.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and providing support for their families across the organisation.
The RN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Essential Criteria #1 Haemodialysis experience
- Essential Criteria #2 Excellent Communication skills
- Essential Criteria #3 Flexibility with working across all shifts
