SalaryAn outstanding opportunity awaits a talented and passionate Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Services Unit on a full-time/part-time basis for a rotating roster at a private hospital in Melbourne.ROLE DETAILSAs a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides exceptional care to patients and makes coming to work each day an enjoyable and rewarding experience.Your duties will involve:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care, liaising with the multidisciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
- Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Possess excellent critical thinking, and time-management skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment;
- Commitment to continued professional development;
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in acute care hospital setting /Cardiac experience;
- Commitment to patient-focused care and teamwork;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team;
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure;
- Cardiovascular post-grad cert.
