The Role
In your new role, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining injury triage services for clients, ensuring their needs are exceeded. The Injury Reporting Centre receives notification of injuries and illness from our client organisations, and you will be responsible for the assessment of these reports + establishing processes to ensure exceptional customer service is achieved. To do this, you will utilise your background in Allied Health to assess reports and make recommendations to our clients.
What Will My Day Be?
- Conduct initial telephone screens with injured parties when required
- Develop Return to Work plans where required
- Liaise with treating medical practitioners
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with RRP client organisations
- Update and maintain data bases
- Design and documents business processes
- Handle customer disappointments and complaints
- Complete Corrective Action Reporting where required
- Prepare regular client reports
- Provide and enacts specialist Allied Health advice to stakeholders
- Develop collaborative and influential relationships with key stakeholders
The Successful Candidate
- AHPRA Certified Registered Nurse
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Valid Driver’s License
