Your new role:
As a Registered Nurse within our company you will deliver high quality nursing care to our participants in a cluster home setting. You will proactively problem solve and identify signs of patient deterioration, and escalate appropriately.
You will undertake a range of activities which may include:
- Medication Set-up & Management
- Medication Administration & Supervision
- Catheter Care & Management
- Diabetes Management
- Wound Management
- Wound Care & Complex Wound Care
- Care Management / Review
- Continence Assessment & Management
- Care After a Hospital Stay
- Health Assessment / Reviews
- General Nursing Care

Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA unrestricted registration
- DHS Screening working with children check and vulnerable people
- Ability to work in Australia
- Current CPR certification
- COVID vaccine mandatory as per SA Health
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrated solid IT skills ability to be able to effectively manage patient appointments, records, recalls and reminders within practice software
- Caring & collaborative approach to patient care
- Proven multi-tasking problem solving & time management skills
- Commitment to lifelong learning
