Position: Experienced Registered Nurse Grade 5 (Permanent Part-Time)
Location: Martin Luther Homes, The Basin, Victoria
We seek a passionate and dedicated individual to join our multicultural team of nurses and carers. As a Grade 5 Registered Nurse, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your strong leadership skills and experience with Night Shifts are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and mentorship to staff
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Perform clinical assessments and implement care plans
This permanent part-time role includes a minimum of 4 Night Shifts and 2 AM or 2 PM shifts per fortnight, offering flexibility and work-life balance. More shifts are available for those seeking additional hours.
Your availability to work weekends, weekdays, and nights will be highly regarded.
