Sippy Downs is seeking someone that is able to commit to specifically working a rotating night shift roster. About the role
Located just 12 minutes from the heart of the Sunshine Coast beachfronts, Regis Sippy Downs is situated close to the Sunshine Plaza and the Big Top Shopping Centres and the beautiful sandy, crystal clear beaches of Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlands. Regis Sippy Downs is centrally located in a quiet residential precinct and close to public transport, enjoying easy access to shops and restaurants.
How you’ll care
- Working a night shift roster ensures the continuity of care model with our valued residents, building strong relationships with regular contact and develop long-lasting relationships via best practice and providing exceptional care.
- Lead exceptional care outcomes, through the coordination and delivery of person-centred care.
- Oversight of the resident across the day, identifying changes in preference, needs or wellbeing, and prompt escalation for support.
- Seeing the resident as an individual, prompting choice and independence, with support provided as needed.
- Develop comprehensive care plans, conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences, and implement appropriate care strategies.
- Manage and safely administer medications following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
- Work in partnership with our carers to deliver our Continuity of Carer model.
What will you bring

- Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognised equivalent qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
