Our Hospital in the Home (HITH) service is expanding and we are now seeking dynamic and enthusiastic paediatric nurses to join us to launch our new Paediatric HITH stream.
Paediatric HITH will build on our existing model of Neonatal HITH, to provide family centred care for infants, children and their families at home and in the community, who require ongoing specialised and often complex medical and nursing care.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work largely independently, providing a safe, effective alternative model of care for Newborn/Paediatric patients needing ongoing nursing management at home.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- The ability to plan, evaluate and maintain a high standard of safe and effective care for children in the home environment
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent critical thinking skills, allowing you to work autonomously at a senior level and make sound clinical decisions for your patients
- Commitment to improving practice, being an agile and adaptable problem solver whilst working professionally with all members of the multidisciplinary team
