What does your new role look like?
- Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
- Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members across our day shift.
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs
- Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives
- Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
About you
As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) is highly regarded
- Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
- Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
- Availability to work Day shift Sunday through to Tuesday 7.00am to 3.00pm.
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19
