Flinders Private Hospital is a private not-for-profit 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.
Essential Criteria:
· South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
· Current AHPRA Registration
· Two years' minimum experience as a Registered Nurse in Recovery
· Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
· Ability to manage risk
· Sound knowledge of ACORN and ANZCA standards
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong facilitation and coaching skills
· Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch - Nurses' & Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - 2021-2024 ('Agreement' or 'Enterprise Agreement')" (salaries range between $38.99 - $48.80 per hour).
